I believe that design is just like cleaning a house.
It’s about removing the clutter and dust, sorting things out, and organizing them so that everything becomes clear and easy to understand.
That process makes me happy — just as a clean, orderly home brings happiness to the people who live in it.
1. Problem Identification
I first identify why the house feels messy, understanding why cleaning is necessary in the first place.
It’s about recognizing the underlying cause of disorder rather than just the visible clutter.
2. Research
I gather references and inspiration for what makes a well-organized, comfortable home.
Studying different cleaning methods and interior layouts helps me understand what “clarity” looks like in a space.
3. Ideation
Then I begin sketching out ideas, exploring how I can reorganize the space more intuitively.
This stage is about visual thinking and imagining new ways to bring balance and calmness into the room.
This is my favorite stage! Lately, I’ve been really into minimalism, and I get so excited when I look at simple, beautifully designed brand items.4. Prototyping & Iteration
I put the ideas into practice, sorting, arranging, and refining the placement of each object.
Through trial and error, I continuously adjust until everything feels harmonious and functional.
5. Testing
Finally, I live in the space for several days to see how it truly feels.
If it brings ease and happiness to my daily life, I know the design like the cleaning has succeeded.
